		<description>Just like to add that there are other &quot;surgeries&quot; happening which are not called surgeries but are never the less contributing to the cascade of skills. Some of these are in local neighbourhoods. The growth of skills sharing is rapid where there is a need.

By the way the Huddersfield surgery was not funded by Digital 20/20. It was started by volunteers and funded out of their own pockets.</description>
