What's the picture and what's going on to address it?

The Digital 20/20 management team has undertaken a piece of research and consultation, commissioned by Yorkshire Forward and working with Sector Skills Councils e-Skills and Skillset, to look at the regional picture of under-representation in IT and digital media careers.

The work was designed to map the existence and impact of national and local initiatives that are already in progress to redress the balance in Yorkshire and Humber.

The aim was to identify gaps in knowledge, assess where the needs are most significant and look at where Digital 20/20 can add value to partner activities.
