The IT industry is currently facing a skills shortage in a number of areas - it is keen to recruit qualified engineers, technicians and software developers. Despite this, the number of women working in the industry is falling.
Digital 20/20 is actively engaged in projects which examine the causes behind the large-scale under-representation of women within the IT industry. We also work with a variety of networks for women around the region.
